  • I have signed up for the My Yamaha App.
  • I purchased and own the above listed Yamaha Outboard Motor.
  • I have provided all of the information listed above regarding my Yamaha Outboard Motor, and to complete the Yamaha Power Pay Registration Form. I have also attached a copy of my warranty registration. I understand that my registration will not be complete, until I supply all required information to be eligible to participate in the Program. (Completed registration form, copy of Yamaha Outboard motor warranty registration)
  • I will use my Yamaha outboard motor as my outboard motor while fishing at qualifying tournaments. (See official rules for exceptions)
  • I understand that Yamaha Marine Group, and its acting agent, will file a Miscellaneous Income Form 1099 with the IRS for each bonus paid and will mail a copy to each recipient.
  • I understand that Yamaha Marine Group, and its acting agent’s decisions are final in all matters of determining eligibility and validity of payment claims in accordance to the Yamaha Power Pay Program rules.
  • I certify that I have read the Sponsor’s Official Promotional Rules and am both aware of, and have fully complied with, said rules. I understand that receipt of any prize offered in this Program is contingent upon full compliance with the Program rules as well as rules for the supported event(s) in which I participated. I fully understand that any misrepresentation of fact as to my eligibility for participation or receipt of prize, whether intentional or unintentional, will be sufficient cause to forfeit any prize award provided by the Sponsor. I agree to allow the Sponsor to use my name and likeness for any and all promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.
